እናንተ አገልግሎቶች እና/ምርቶችን ለማግኘት ብቁ መሆናችሁን ማረጋገጥ እንዲሁም በቲኮ መደላደል ላይ የእናንተን መዝገብ ለመፍጠር ይህ በስምሪት ደረጃው ላይ የተሰበሰበውን የግል ደረጃ የሚያመላክት ሲሆን ፕሮሰስ የማድረግ ተግባሩም የሚከናወነው በእናንተ ፍቃድ አንዲሁም በእኛ ትክክለኛ ፍላጎት ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ ነው፡፡
የእኛን መደላድል ባልተገባ መልኩ የመጠቀም ሁኔታ ለመከላከል ይህ በአገልግሎት አወሳሰድ ደረጃ ላይ የተገኘውን የድምጽ ናሙና የሚያመላክት ሲሆን፤ በተጨማሪም የአገልግሎት አወሳሰድ ቁጥጥር እንዲሁም የቲኮ ማይል ደረጃን የማስመለስ ሁኔታን ያመላክታል፤ ይህም ያልተገባ የአጠቃቀም ሁኔታዎችን ለመለየት ነው፡፡ ይህ ፕሮሰስ የሚከናወነው በእኛ ትክክለኛ/አግባብነት ያለው ፍላጎት ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ ነው፡፡
አገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች እና ሻጮች ለእናንተ አገልግሎት እና/ወይም ምርት እንዲያቀርቡላችሁ ማስቻል፡፡ ይህ የሚያመላክተው በስምሪት ደረጃ ላይ የተሰበሰበውን የግል መረጃ እንዲሁም በአገልግሎት አወሳሰድ ላይ የተሰበሰበውን የግል መረጃ እና/ወይም የማስመለስ ደረጃ(ዎች) ነው፡፡ ይህ ፕሮሰስ የሚከናወነው በእኛ ትክክለኛ/አግባብነት ያለው ፍላጎት ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ ነው፤፡
እናንተ ለተቀበላችሁት ምርት እና/አገልግሎት ለአገልግሎት አቅራቢዎች እና ሻጮች ገንዘብ ተመላሽ ለማድረግ ይህ በተለይም እናንተ የተቀበላችሁትን ምርት እና/ወይም አገልግሎት የማጽደቅ ተግባርን ያመላክታል፡፡ ይህ ፕሮሰስ የሚከናወነው በእኛ ትክክለኛ/ አግባብነት ያለው ፍላጎት ላይ እንዲሁም ከአገልግሎት አቅራቢዎ እና ሻጮች ዘንድ ውል ለመፈጸም የሚኖረውን አስፈላጊ እርምጃ በማገናዘብ ነው፡፡
እናንተን ሊስቡ ይችላሉ ብለን የምናምንባቸውን ምርቶች/አገልግሎቶች እና/ወይም መረጃዎች ለማስተዋወቅ ይህ ፕሮሰስ የሚከናወነው እናንተ በስምሪት ደረጃው ላይ ባቀረባችሁት ፍቃድ ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ ነው፡፡ የማስተዋወቂያ መልእክቶችን እና/ጥሪዎችን መቀበል እናንተ አገልግሎቶች አና/ወይም ምርቶች ለማግኘት ብቁ እንድትሆኑ መስፈርት አይደለም፡፡ እንዲሁም እናንተ ከፈለጋችሁ በዚህ ላይ ሀሳባችሁን ከቀየራችሁ የሚከተሉትን ማድረግ ትችላላችሁ፡ (1) 'አቁም' የሚለውን መልእክት በማናቸውም እናንተ ለመሰማራት የተጠቀማችኋቸው አጭር ኮድ ቁጥሮች ላይ መላክ፤ (2)፤ እናንተን በቲኮ መደላድል ላይ ለማሰማራት ያተዛችሁን አሰባሳቢ ማግኘት እና ማሳወቅ፤ (3) ያጋራናቸው ቁጥሮች ላይ በቀጥታ ለእኛ መደወል (4) 'አቁም' የሚል መልእክት በዋትሳፕ መላክ ወይም (5) በ[email protected]ላይ ለእኛ መልእክት መላክ
ምርምር ለማከናወን፣ የተጠናከረ ስታተስቲክስ ለማዘጋጀት እንዲሁም ኦዲቶች እንዲከናወኑ ይህ በስምሪት፣ የአገልግሎት አወሳሰድ እና/ወይም በማስመለስደረጃ ላይ የተሰበሰበ የግል መረጃን ለያመላክት ይችላል፡፡ ይህ ፕሮሰስ የሚከናወነው እኛ ለለጋሾቻችን ሪፖርት ማድረግ እንድንችል ባለን ትክክለኛ/አግባብነት ያለው ፍላጎት ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ እንዲሁም ለህዝብ የጤና ባለስልጣናት ሪፖርት ለማድረግ ባለብን ህጋዊ ግዴታ እንዲሁም አጠቃላይ የጤና ጥበቃ አቅርቦት ለሰፊው ህዝብ እንዲመቻች የሚከናወነውን ሂደት ለመደገፍ ባለብን ግዴታ መሰረት ነው፡፡ ለለጋሾች እንዲሁም ለህዝብ ጤና ባለስልጣናት የምናቀርባቸው ሪፖርቶች የተጠናቀረ መረጃን የሚሰጡ ሲሆን በስታተስቲኮቹ ላይም ስም አይገለጽም፡፡ እኛ የሰበሰብነውን መረጃ ሀሳቦችን ለማግኘት ከተነተንን፣ ይህ የግል መረጃም ሊተነተን ይችላል፡፡ የፕሮሰስ ህጋዊ መሰረት የስታስቲክስ እና ሳይንሳዊ ምርምር አላማን የተከተለ ነው፡፡
እኛ ለእናንተ የምናቀርባቸውን አገልግሎቶች እና /ወይም ምርቶች ጥራት ለማሻሻል አገልግሎቶች እና/ወይም ምርቶችን ከመጠቀም ረገድ የእናንተን ተሞክሮ በተመለከተ ግብረመልሳችሁን ለማግኘት ከእናንተ ጋር ግንኙኘት ልናደርግ እንችላለን፡፡ ይህ ፕሮሰስ የሚከናወነው በእኛ ትክክለኛ/አግባብነት ያለው ፍላጎት ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ ነው፡፡

3. የእናንተን የግል መረጃ ለማን እናጋራለን?

በእኛ ፖሊሲ መሰረት የእናንተን መረጃ አንሸጥም፣ አንነግድም ወይም ለማንኛውም ግለሰብ አናከራይም፡፡ በእኛ መመሪያዎች መሰረት ከሚሰሩ እንዲሁም ይፋ ያለማድረግ ስምምነት እና/ወይም የመረጃ ፕሮሰስ ስምምነቶችን ከፈጸሙ አካላት ውጪ ለማንኛውም አካል የግል መረጃን አናጋራም፡፡ እንደዚህ አይነት አካላት በለጋሾቻችን ወይም በእኛ ስም ለሚሰራ ኦዲተር ለምሳሌ ማጣቀሻ ሊያቀርቡ ይችላሉ፡፡ በአጠቃለይ ማንኛውንም አይነት የግል መረጃ የማግኘት መብት በጥብቅ ለማወቅ አስፈላጊ በመሆን አሰራር ላይ የተገደበ ነው፡፡ የእኛ ሰራተኞች እንዲሁም ከእኛ ጋር መስተጋብር የሚፈጥሩ ሶስተኛ ወገኖች ላይ የሚስጥራዊነት እንዲሁም ይፋ ያለማድረግ ስምምነቶች ገዢ ሆነው ተፈጻሚ ይደረጋሉ፡፡

ለመስራት እንድንችል፤ የተወሰኑ የመረጃ ቴክኖሎጂ መገልገያ አይነቶችን የምንጠቀም ሲሆን፤ ከእነዚህም ውስጥ የተወሰኑት በክላውድ ላይ የተመረኮዙ ናቸው፡፡ የመረጃ ጥበቃ እንዲሁም ደህንነትን በተመለከተ ከፍተኛ የኢንዱስትሪ ደረጃን የሚያሟሉ እና የሚያረጋግጡ መገልገያዎችን ለመጠቀም መርጠናል፡፡ የቲኮ መተግበሪያን ከመጠቀም ጋር የተያያዘ መረጃ የሚከማቸው በተመሰጡሩ ክላውድ ላይ የተመረኮዙ እና በአማዞን የድር አገልግሎቶች (AWS) በአውሮፓ ጂኦግራፊ ክልል(አየርላንድ) ውስጥ ሆስት በሚደረጉ መደላድሎች ላይ ነው፡፡ እኛ ያስቀመጥናቸው በርካታ ሰፊ ድርጅታዊ እና የቴክኒክ እርምጃዎች አሉ፡፡ (ለምሳሌ፡ አንቲቫይረስ፣ በመረጃ ቴክኖሎጂ መሰረተልማታችን ላይ የሚከመናወን መደበኛ የስርጸት ፍተሻ)፤ እንደዚህም የእናንተን የግል መረጃ ደህንነት ለማረጋገጥ የሚከናወኑ ናቸው፡፡

4. የእናንተን የግል መረጃ ለምን ያህል ጊዜ እንይዛለን ?

ስለእናንተ መረጃ የምንይዘዘው እናንተን በተመለከተ የምናውቀውን ነገር ለእናንተ እርዳታ ለማቅረብ መጠቀም እንድንችል ወይም ወደፊት ከእናንተ ጋር እንድንሰራ ነው፡፡ ለምሳሌ እኛ አንድ አዲስ ችግርን በተመለከተ ምክር የምንሰጣችሁ ከሆነ ከእኛ መዝገቦች ላይ እናንተ ከዚህ ቀደም የነገራችሁን ሌሎች ጉዳዮች መኖራቸውን ልንመለከት እንችላለን፡፡ ይህንን መረጃ ከእናንተ ጋር በተያያዘ መጠቀም ማለት የተሻለ እርዳታ ወይም ምክር ልንሰጣችሁ እንችላለን ማለት ነው፡፡

ከእናንተ ጋር ያለን ግንኙነት ከተቋረጠ፤የተወሰነውን የእናንተን የግል መረጃ ልዩ ልዩ ጉዳዮችን ለማስተናገድ ወይም በህጉ ላይ ወይም አግባብነት ባለው ተቆጣጣሪ አካል በሚፈለግበት ጊዜ ልንይዝ እንችላለን( ለምሳሌ የህግ፣ የሂሳብ አያያዝ ወይም የሪፖርት መስፈርቶችን ማሟላት በምንፈልግበት ጊዜ)

5. የእናንተን መብቶች በተመለከተ ህጉ ምን ይለናል?

ህጉ ሁል ጊዜም የሚከተሉትን ማድረግ ትችላላችሁ ይላል፡፡

.) እናንተን በተመለከተ ያለንን መረጃ ግልባጭ እንድንሰጣችሁ መጠየቅ

.) እናንተን በተመለከተ እኛ ያለንን መረጃ መቀየር ወይም የተሳሳተ ከሆነ ማዘመን

.) እንዴት ከእናንተ ጋር ግንኙነት እንድናደርግ እንደምትፈልጉ ያቀረባችሁትን መግለጫ መቀየር

.) እኛ እናንተ ላይ የያዝነውን መረጃ በሙሉ እንድንሰርዝ መጠየቅ

.) እኛ የእናንተን መረጃ የያዝንበት ወይም የምንጠቀምበት መንገድ ላይ ስጋት ካደረባችሁ ለእኛ ማሳወቅ፤ እንዲሁም በዚህ ላይ ቅሬታ ማቅረብ የምትፈልጉ ከሆነ ለእኛ ማሳወቅ

ማናቸውንም የእናንተን መብቶች ተግባራዊ ማድረግ ከፈለጋችሁ ወይም ይህንን በምታደርጉበት ጊዜ ተግባራዊ የሚሆኑትን ሁኔታዎች በተመለከተ ጥያቄዎች ካሏችሁ ፤ እባካችሁን በ[email protected]. ከእኛጋር ግንኙነት አድርጉ፡፡ ለሁሉም አግባብነት ያላቸው ጥያቄዎች በጥያቄዎቹ አይነት ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ ከ7-14 ቀናት ውስጥ ምላሽ ለመስጠት እንሞክራለን፡፡ በተጨማሪም ብቁ በሆነ የምትኖሩበት የሀገሪቷ 2 ብሄራዊ ባለስልጣን ዘንድ ቅሬታ የማቅረብ መብት ሊኖራችሁ ይችላል፡፡ እናንተ ለብሄራዊ ባለስልጣኑ ቅሬታ ማቅረብ የምትችሉባቸወን ሁኔታዎች በተመለከተ ተጨማሪ መረጃ ለማግኘት ተጓዳን ድረገጹን ልትመለከቱ ትችላላችሁ፡፡

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE PROCESS OF ENROLLMENT TO THE TIKO PLATFORM AND THE SERVICE UPTAKE

Protecting your privacy and personal data is very important to Triggerise Stichting and its affiliates (“us”, “our” or “we”).

This privacy notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect this data and who can access it once you have enrolled to benefit from our services and/or products. It also explains how long your personal data is kept and which rights you have in relation to the handling of your personal data.

It is the local Tiko entity that acts as the data controller of the personal data we hold about you. Questions, comments and requests regarding this Privacy Notice are welcome and should be addressed to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) via email at: [email protected].

1. What personal data do we process?

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. Different pieces of collected information that can lead to the identification of a particular person also constitutes personal data. Below you can see the different categories of personal data we collect when you enrol and start receiving services and/or products via the platform we manage, the Tiko platform.

  • Enrollment phase To become a Tiko member, the information we receive from you is: gender, month of birth, year of birth, and phone number (if available and you choose to provide it).

  • Service uptake phase We capture a voice sample and the type of service and/or product that you have received, along with the date this took place and the service provider that offered the service and/or product.

  • Redeeming loyalty points (‘‘Tiko Miles’’ or “Miles”) phase We process where you used your Tiko Miles and how many of the Miles you spent.

2. What are the purposes and bases for using your personal data?

We will process your personal data for the following purposes and under the following lawful bases:

To promote services, products and/or information we believe may be of interest to you This processing is done based on the consent you provided during the enrolment stage. Receiving promotional messages and/or calls is not a requirement for you to be eligible to receive services and/or products and if you change your mind about it you can: (1) send the word “STOP” to any of the short code numbers that you used to enrol (2), contact and inform a mobiliser that assisted in enrolling you on the Tiko platform (3), call us directly on the numbers shared with you (4), send a WhatsApp message saying “STOP” or (5), send an email to us at [email protected]
To carry out research and to prepare aggregated statistics This may refer to personal data collected at enrollment, service-uptake and/or redeeming phase. This processing is done based on our legitimate interest to be able to report to our donors as well as legal obligations we have to report to the Ministry of Health and to support progress in universal access to health care. Our reports to donors and the Ministry present aggregated information and the statistics are anonymous. In case we analyse the data we have collected to gain insight it may be that personal data are analysed as well and the legal basis for processing is based on statistical and scientific research purposes

3. With whom will we share your personal data?

It is our policy not to sell, trade or rent your personal data to anyone. We do not disclose personal data other than to entities that work on our behalf acting under our instructions and bound by data processing agreements. In general, access to any kind of personal data is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis. Our staff and the third parties we interact with are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

To be able to work, we use a set of IT tools, some of which are cloud-based. We have opted for tools that ensure a high level of compliance with the industry standards for data protection and security. Data from the Tiko platform are stored on encrypted cloud-based platforms provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosted in the geographic region of Europe (Ireland). We have a series of broader organisational and technical measures in place (e.g. anti-virus, regular penetration testing of our IT infrastructure) to ensure the security of your personal data.

4. How long will we retain your personal data?

We only keep information about you so we can use what we know to assist you, or so we can work with you in the future. For example, if we are going to give you advice about a new problem, we may see from our records that there are other issues you have already told us about. Using that information about you means we can give you better assistance or advice.

Kindly note that we may need to retain (some of) your personal data for a longer period to deal with any specific issues that may arise or because it is required by law or by any relevant regulatory body (for example, when we need to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements).

5. What does the law say about your rights?

The law says that you can always:

  1. Ask us for a copy of the information we have about you

  2. Change the information we have got about you or bring it up to date if it is incorrect

  3. Change how you’d like us to get in touch with you

  4. Ask us to delete all the information we have about you

  5. Tell us if you are concerned about the way we are keeping or using information about you, and want to make a complaint about this

2. Ni makusudi gani na misingi ya kutumia taarifa zako za kibinafsi?

Tutachakata Habari zako za kibinafsi kwa makusudi yafuatayo na chini ya misingi ifuatayo ya kisheria:

Kuzuia utumiaji mbaya wa jukwa letu na kufikia wajibu wetu wa ulinzi kwa idadi ya vijana. Hii inahusu hasa ile picha ya uso inayochukuliwa msimu wa kujiingiza kwa kusudi la kutambua uso (na upakiaji wowote wa baadaye wa picha zinazoombwa mara kwa mara), vile vile ufuatiliaji wa unakili wa shughuli na kutambua mifumo ya matumizi mabaya. Usindikaji huu unafanywa kwa msingi wa ruhusa yako vile vile kwa maslahi yetu halali ili tuweze kuzuia utumizi mbaya wa jukwaa letu na pia kufikia wajibu wetu wa ulinzi kwa idadi ya vijana.
Ili tuweze kukufidia kwa huduma na/ama bidhaa ambayo umepeana ama idadi ya watu ambao umesaidia kujiandikisha. Hii hasa inahusu ( ikitegemea kujumu lako kwa jukwaa) nakili zilizo na udhibitisho wa huduma na/ama bidhaa ambazo umepeana ama idadi ya Tiko Miles umetunukiwa. Usindikaji huu unafanywa kama hatua muhimu ya utekelezaji wa mkataba na kwa msingi wa maslahi yetu halali.
Kutayarisha kuripoti, takwimu zilizojumuishwa, kufanya utafiti na kwa chini ya ukaguzi. Onboarding des cliniques et des pharmacies: nous collectons directement auprès de vous : nom (prénom et nom de famille), numéro de téléphone portable, numéro d’identification, signature du représentant autorisé de l’établissement lors de la conclusion de la lettre d’accord, adresse, nom et numéro M-PESA. Nous collectons indirectement : les noms et numéros de téléphone des employés des établissements qui auront accès à l’application Tiko.

Utilisation de l’application Tiko par les cliniques et les pharmacies: journal d’activité par utilisateur de l’application, nombre de Tiko Miles à rembourser.

Embarquement des détaillants: nous collectons directement auprès de vous : nom (prénom et nom de famille), numéro de téléphone portable, numéro d’identification, signature de la lettre d’accord, lieu.

Utilisation de l’application Tiko par les commerçants: enregistrement de l’activité par utilisatrice de l’application, Miles Tiko attribués, Miles Tiko à rembourser.

2. Quels sont les objectifs et les fondements de l’utilisation de vos données personnelles?

Préparer des rapports, des statistiques agrégées, effectuer des recherches et faire l'objet d'un audit. እናንተ የቲኮ ስነምህዳር ንቁ ከዋኝ እስከሆናችሁ ድረስ የሰበሰብነውን መረጃ የምንይዝ ይሆናል፡፡ ከእናንተ ጋር ያለን ግንኙነት ከተቋረጠ፤የተወሰነውን የእናንተን የግል መረጃ ልዩ ልዩ ጉዳዮችን ለማስተናገድ ወይም በህጉ ላይ ወይም አግባብነት ባለው ተቆጣጣሪ አካል በሚፈለግበት ጊዜ ልንይዝ እንችላለን( ለምሳሌ የህግ፣ የሂሳብ አያያዝ ወይም የሪፖርት መስፈርቶችን ማሟላት በምንፈልግበት ጊዜ

5. ከግል መረጃችሁ ጋር በተያያዘ ምን አይነት መብቶች አሏችሁ?

.) እናንተ ለእኛ ያቀረባችሁትን የግል መረጃ የማግኘት መብት አላችሁ፡፡

.) ስለእናንተ የያዝነው የግል መረጃ ትክክለኛ ያልሆነ ፣ ጊዜው ያለፈበት፣ ያልተሟላ ወይም የሚያሳስት ከሆነ፤ እኛ እንድናስተካክለው ልትጠይቁን ትችላላችሁ

.) እኛ በፍቃዳችሁ ላይ በተመረኮዘ መልኩ የእናንተን የግል መረጃ በምንጠቀምበት ጊዜ፤ ፍቃዳችሁን በማንኛውም ጊዜ ማንሳት ትችላላችሁ፡፡

.) የእናንተ ከፊል ወይም ሁሉም የግል መረጃ ፕሮሰስ የሚደረግበትን ሁኔታ መቃወም ትችላላችሁ፡፡ እንዲሁም ይህንን ካደረጋችሁ እኛ የሚኖረን ትክክለኛ ፍላጎት በእናንተ ፍላጎት ላይ የበላይነት አለው ወይም የለውም የሚለውን እስከምናረጋግጥ ድረስ ፕሮሰሱን የምንገድብ ይሆናል፡፡

.) መዋቅር ያለው በመደበኛነት ጥቅም ላይ የሚውል እንዲሁም በማሽን የሚነበብ የግል መረጃችሁ ግልባጭን መጠየቅ ትችላላችሁ፡፡

PRIVACY NOTICE FOR THE ONBOARDING OF MOBILISERS, CLINICS, PHARMACIES AND RETAILERS TO THE Tiko PLATFORM AND SUBSEQUENT USE OF THE PLATFORM

Protecting your privacy and personal data is very important to Triggerise Stichting and its affiliates (‘‘us”, “our” or “we”).

This privacy notice explains what personal data we collect, why we collect these data and who can access them, once you agree to partner with us in the implementation of our programmes through the Tiko platform. Practically, this translates to you becoming an actor in the Tiko platform and being able to use the Tiko app. This privacy notice also explains how long personal data is kept and which rights you have in relation to the handling of your personal data.

It is the local Tiko entity that acts as the data controller of the personal data we hold about you. Questions, comments and requests regarding this Privacy Notice are welcome and should be addressed to our Data Protection Officer (DPO) via email at [email protected].

1. What personal data do we process?

Personal data is any information that relates to an identified or identifiable individual. Different pieces of collected information that can lead to the identification of a particular person, also constitutes personal data. Below you can see the different categories of personal data we collect when we onboard you to the Tiko ecosystem, depending on the role you have:

Onboarding of mobilisers: we collect directly from you: name (first and last name), location, national ID, gender, birth date, mobile phone number, and a selfie for face recognition purposes. Documents: ID document/card (front and back), your signature (when you sign our Code of Conduct).

Use of the Tiko app by mobilisers: logs activity of the user on the app, number of adolescents enrolled, number of Tiko Miles awarded, Tiko Miles cashed out per month.

Onboarding of clinics and pharmacies: we collect directly from you: name (first and last name), mobile phone number, ID number, signature of the authorised signatory representative of the facility when concluding the Letter of Agreement, address, M-PESA name and number. Collected indirectly: names and phone numbers of the employees of the facilities who will have access to the Tiko app.

Use of the Tiko app by clinics and pharmacies: logs activity per app user, number of Tiko Miles to be reimbursed.

Onboarding of retailers: we collect directly from you: name (first and last name), mobile phone number, ID number, signature of the Letter of Agreement, location.

Use of the Tiko app by retailers: logs activity per app user, Tiko Miles awarded, Tiko Miles to be reimbursed.

2. What are the purposes and bases for using your personal data?

We will process your personal data for the following purposes and under the following lawful bases:

To be able to reimburse you for the services and/or products you have provided or the amount of individuals you have supported in enrolling This refers in particular (depending on your role in the platform) to the logs with validation of services and/or products you have provided or the number of Tiko Miles you have been awarded. This processing is done as a necessary step for contract execution and on the basis of our legitimate interest
To prepare reporting, aggregated statistics, to carry out research and be subject to audit This may refer to personal data collected at the onboarding phase, as well as during the service provision and/or redeeming of the Tiko Miles phase. This processing is done based on our legitimate interest to be able to report to our donors as well as legal obligations we may have to report to public health authorities and to support progress in universal access to health care. Our reports to donors and the health authorities present aggregated information and the statistics are anonymous. In case we analyse the data we have collected to gain insight, it may be that personal data are analysed as well and the legal basis for processing is based on statistical and scientific research purposes
To improve the quality of the services and/or products you provide We may reach out to you to carry out audits on the manner in which you provide services and/or products. This processing is done based on our legitimate interests

3. With whom will we share your personal data?

It is our policy not to sell, trade or rent your personal data to anyone. We do not disclose personal data other than to entities that work on our behalf acting under our instructions and bound by a non-disclosure agreement and/or data processing agreements. Such entities may refer to an auditor working on our behalf or on behalf of our donors, for example. In general, access to any kind of personal data is strictly limited on a need-to-know basis. Our employees and the third parties we interact with are bound by confidentiality and non-disclosure agreements.

To be able to work, we use a set of IT tools some of which are cloud-based. We have opted for tools that ensure a high level of compliance with the industry standards for data protection and security. The data we collect for onboarding purposes are stored in an encrypted Customer Relationship Management (‘‘CRM’’) tool that is hosted in a cloud in the geographic region of Europe (Germany). Data from the use of the Tiko app are stored on encrypted cloud-based platforms provided by Amazon Web Services (AWS) hosted in the geographic region of Europe (Ireland). We have a series of broader organisational and technical measures in place (e.g., anti-virus, regular penetration testing of our IT infrastructure) to ensure the security of your personal data.

4. How long will we retain your personal data?

We retain the personal data collected for as long as you are an active actor in the Tiko ecosystem. Kindly note that in case of termination of our relation with you, we may still need to retain (some of) your personal data to deal with any specific issues that may arise or because it is required by law or by any relevant regulatory body (for example when we need to satisfy legal, accounting or reporting requirements).

5. What rights do you have in relation to your personal data?

6. How can you complain about the handling of your personal data?

We hope that you won’t ever need to, but if you do want to complain about our use of personal data, please send an email with the details of your complaint to [email protected]. We will investigate and respond to any complaints we receive. You may also have the right to lodge a complaint with the competent national authority of the country in which you reside.
