Technology is everywhere and it is transforming the world around us. Much has been written by the opportunities unlocked by advances in technology and here at Triggerise we are super excited by it all.
We are experiencing unprecedented progress in artificial intelligence and machine learning even while every day, millions of people join the billions already connected through their phones. Rapidly improving infrastructure brings all of it together.
This is happening now. The future? Probably even more exciting.
Movercado – the technology platform that powers everything we do here, at Triggerise – is our contribution to the opportunities unlocked by technology.
Think of Movercado as a powerful operating system. It is the environment that powers Tiko and Pro and our Companion, and it is also the technology that allows us to build and deploy custom interactions and stand-alone applications that can be taken to scale pretty much over night.
By using technologies that are simple and used widely and yet are infinitely customizable on the back-end, Movercado provides a powerful base for deep, impactful and cost-effective penetration into markets that currently require a high overhead to reach.
Here are some key features:
Movercado runs all engines agnostic to communication channel – that means users can interact through apps, SMS, data, chat platforms or any other channel concurrently, without the need to reconfigure anything. This is very important as the channel use is evolving very rapidly on our markets and it is critical for us to be able to engage users on any and all channels that are relevant to them;
Real-time Insights & machine-driven decisions. You can read more about this here. The idea is that, for the first time we have the opportunity to collect real-time insights – behavioral and operational – on lower-income market segments. Data and deep learning are core to Movercado. As we grow our scale, we will learn more about what works and what doesn’t on these markets. It’s about time.
To give you a basic overview of the way it works: Movercado relies on an event-driven architecture and follows a building block approach. Essentially, there are small components (called modules) that perform small and simple tasks (generate a code, validate a code, add contact to contact group, ask question, and so on). These components can be configured along a number of predefined variables and linked with each other to achieve a greater purpose. These links can be triggered by outside events (a missed call, or an SMS, or an API call) but they can aso be called by internal events (an event registered within one module calls up another module). Thus we can construct highly sophisticated custom applications AND we can connect plug-and-play to powerful platforms such as Tiko or Pro.
This is all very abstract, we know. But if you are interested to hear more, get in touch and we can organize a demo.
